The Corvette Club of Windsor has organized group travel plans, and we are hoping for a good turnout from the club membership.
- Depart Windsor mid day Friday, September 19. We will meet at the Amy Croft Sobey’s Plaza parking lot adjacent to Gold Star Jewelers. We leave at 9:30 so please arrive by 9:15. We will have a casual cruise to Walkerton, Ontario where we will arrive late afternoon and be staying at Best Western Plus Walkerton Hotel & Conference Centre. We will not travel on any 400 series highways.
- Depart Walkerton Saturday September 20 at 7:30 AM and travel to the western muster point – Alliston, Ontario – by 9:30. There are four muster points with timed departure to arrive at Fern Resort together late morning.
- After arrival and check-in there will be a reception and welcome BBQ on the pool decks overlooking Lake Couchiching. You are free to explore the resort and use any of the amenities. Your room, meals and all amenities are included in the resort price. https://fernresort.com/
- Dinner banquet in the Main Dining Room: Three-course meal, menu style with multiple options.
- Mixer at Mary Lou’s followed by evening of entertainment and recognition at Fern’s Bergwen’s Theatre.
- Sunday morning, enjoy the resort. A morning brunch gathering in the Main Dining Room with agenda, awards, guests.
- After the brunch our group will depart the resort for the return trip to Windsor.
